In Spain, in September 2026, Wallion publishes three figures: Diagnosis €1,900 (it's discounted if you continue), Construction €6,900–14,900 only for an internal flow / an internal tool, and License from €390/month. That's not "just any custom software": apps, MVPs, and staffing are going to price fixed in writing, Outside of that range. If someone prices a product with external users at €6,900–€14,900, they are comparing the wrong order.
This page shows the pricing and comparison criteria — not a case study with fictitious clients. Offer: /pricing. Hub: /software.
Market 2026 vs. Wallion (Option D)
The table usually contains "guideline" PDFs, retainers, and agency ranges which, for an average custom software order in Spain, are typically located between €15,000 and €80,000 (sometimes more so) when the scope is vague, there are layers of project management, and the buyer bears the risk of budget cuts. We are not citing external studies here: only an anonymous summary of market 2026 in contrast to what Wallion publishes.
| Concept | Market 2026 (anonymous ranges) | Wallion (Option D) |
|---|---|---|
| Entry / Discovery | Kickoff or discovery often costs several thousand; sometimes "free" and then hours | Diagnosis €1,900 Closed; if you continue, it will be deducted from the construction |
| A bounded internal flow | Project or retainer: frequently €15–40k (or more) if the PDF does not write “enter / no” | €6,900–14,900 fixed — only an internal tool/flow, 4–8 weeks; includes 3 months license |
| App, MVP, comprehensive program | Typical market ranges €30–80k+ when there are multiple hands, mark and open range | Price fixed in writing (another figure; same model range + number + date) |
| Month by month | Retainer, tickets or “then we iterate” = hours | License from €390/month if we maintain what has been built |
| Who bears the risk of the reach | Often the buyer, if the PDF is blurry | Scope written on day one; if it moves, it reopens the price, it doesn't hide during more hours |
The useful question isn't "who's cheaper in month one." It's: who bears the risk if the scope shifts, and is that in writing? The fixed-price vs. hourly criteria is in fixed price or per hour. This page is the Option D rate and comparison; that is the purchase framework.
What goes into each Wallion figure (Option D)
Diagnosis — €1,900
Enter: a workflow (not "the whole company"); audit of how it lives today (sheet, email, three tools that don't communicate); navigable prototype; written fixed construction budget; about two calendar weeks depending on the offer.
It doesn't fit: a six-month transformation deck; staffing disguised as diagnosis; build the complete product within €1,900; promises of ownership or escrow on the web.
If you don't continue, you'll be left with scope and prototype—not an empty PDF. If you continue, the Diagnostic is discounted of the construction. Detail: /pricing.
Construction — €6,900–€14,900 (one flow)
That band is an internal tool: a flow, after the Diagnosis. Table patterns (without invented clients): budgets, follow-up, planning or reports that the team uses every day; replace the sheet that is for the closing on the 28th.
Enter: the flow outlined in the Diagnosis; construction deployed at the published pace (4–8 weeks for a limited flow); three months of license included as per the offer; integrations that the Diagnosis has limited as part of that flow.
It doesn't fit: app with external users / product MVP; “digitizing the company” or three flows in the same issue; staffing or backlog reinforcement; brand redesign or a second product “while we’re at it”; mid-range scope changes (price is reopened).
If the pain is an external product: /software/mvp. If it is the internal flow: /software/herramientas-internas.
License — from €390/month
Hosting, security, regulatory and API updates, small change cap, and business-hour support are included, as per the published offer. Construction is the piece; operation is the month. Code ownership and any escrow deposits are stipulated in the project contract, not on this website. More context: property of the code.
Apps, MVPs, staffing
Same model (scope + number + date), another figure. Not the €6,900–€14,900 range. Request a fixed price quote in writing after the diagnosis.
Why is the market talking about €15–80k
A high rank is not "theft" by default. It usually reflects:
- Open scope — “a commercial app” without an in/out clause. The signatory either absorbs or secretly reopens.
- Agency layers — account, PM, design, various profiles billing kickoff and “alignment”.
- Hours labeled as fixed — “then we iterate” = counter. The risk of the clipping is yours.
- Multiple flows or external product — users, onboarding, devices: it is not an internal flow.
- Eternal discovery — months of workshops before a number that is still indicative.
- Compare different products — a 40k indicative PDF versus a fixed one of a flow do not compete.
Wallion does not create third-party fees. It publishes Option D and leaves the risk to the written scope. Model criteria: fixed price or per hour. Ownership and escrow: contract only — see property of the code. Ownership of the code and any escrow deposits are set out in the project contract, not on this website.
Example TCO at 12 and 36 months (illustrative, Option D)
This No It is neither a case study nor a real client. It is arithmetic with the published figures, to compare models on the table. Assumption: an internal flow at the midpoint of the build band (10.900 €), Diagnosis 1.900 € discounted upon completion (net of construction entry = €10,900 after credit), and license €390/month after the 3 months included in the construction.
| Horizon | What sums (example) | Order of magnitude |
|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | Construction €10,900 (Accredited Diagnosis) + 9 months license × €390 | ≈ 14.410 € |
| Years 1–3 | Year 1 + 24 additional months of license × €390 | ≈ 23.770 € |
If the Diagnostic isn't approved (you don't proceed), you've paid €1,900 for scope and prototype—and you haven't burned through the build band on the wrong problem. If someone puts an agency retainer on the table at €2,500–€4,000/month without a "done" clause, year three will usually far exceed this example even if month one "seems cheap." Always label the TCO as example with Option D, not as a promise of a specific project: the final number comes from the Diagnosis.
What drives up the price (six factors)
- Blurred scope — without “this is in / this is out” there is no reliable fixed amount; there is hope with a number.
- Multiple streams in a single number — three processes ≠ one internal tool.
- External users / MVP — another band; ask for a fixed price in writing, do not anchor €6,900–€14,900.
- Unbounded integrations — “all APIs” does not fit in one flow; the Diagnostics lists them.
- Range change mid-range — the price is reopened; it doesn't hide for hours.
- Staffing mixed with project — Hands-on work in a live backlog is another job; don't put it in the flow band.
Custom vs SaaS vs low-code (decision rule)
- SaaS Win when the process fits within the standard product; fighting for the 5 % that doesn't fit costs more than the monthly toll. Configure, don't build.
- Low-code / no-code Earn to validate or a temporary fix without critical IP. The limit is reached when the flow doesn't fit and the partner bills "custom" without a written reduction on day one.
- Custom-made (Wallion) Win when a flow fits on one page, you want a "done" date, and the risk of the written scope. Start with Diagnosis.

Barcelona, stack and names that we are not
Wallion is a custom software studio based in Barcelona; it works with SMEs in the city, the metropolitan area, and the rest of Spain. Typical delivery stack: TypeScript / React / Node and managed cloud — a single-track approach to ensure fixed price and timeline. Geo: /software/barcelona.
Wallion is not Wallion Mobility, Glowapp or Nummo (products or other lines). Nor is it Wialon (Fleet GPS) and Wallien. If your search leads you to those names, it's not this service.
How to request a quote that won't change (checklist)
- Write on a page what's included and what's not before asking for a figure.
- Decide if the user on day 40 is internal o external (flow vs MVP/app).
- Ask number + date + scope phrase in the same document — not a loose “guideline” range.
- Ask What happens if the range moves?Does the price reopen or do hours appear?
- Separate construction of month by month (license / retainer / tickets).
- Ask for the landline in writing after a diagnosis with a prototype — we don't "start and see.".
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does custom software cost in Spain with Wallion in 2026?
Diagnosis 1.900 € (If you continue, it gets discounted). Construction €6,900–14,900 for a internal tool / a flow. License from €390/month. Apps, MVPs, and staffing: fixed price in writing. Details: /pricing.
Is the €1,900 diagnostic lost if we don't continue?
If you continue, it's deducted from the build. If not, you've paid for written scope, prototype, and a proposed build fixed amount—not an empty deck.
Does the €6,900–€14,900 price range cover an MVP or an app?
No. That band is an internal tool/a workflow after the Diagnosis. MVP and apps: /software/mvp — fixed written, another figure.
Why does the market quote €15–80k and Wallion publish a different range?
Because they often mix open scope, agency layers, and external product. Option D isolates a flow with a fixed number. Compare models, not PDFs without a scope statement: fixed price or per hour.
Do we own the code? Is there escrow?
Code ownership and any escrow deposits are stipulated in the project contract, not on this website. Context: property of the code.
What does the license include starting from €390/month?
Hosting, security, regulatory and API changes, a limit on minor changes, and business-hour support are included, depending on the offer. Major changes receive a fixed price—not endless renegotiation.
Is Wallion Mobility, Glowapp, Nummo, Wialon or Wallien?
No. Here, Wallion is the custom software studio. Those other names are different products, brands, or services; don't confuse them in your search. Geo: /software/barcelona.
How do we get a fixed price in 48 hours?
First, a 30-minute conversation to see if a workflow is feasible. The next step is to request a price fixed in writing (Aim for a response within approximately 48 business hours when the scope fits on one page). The form for that request is in product draft: treat it as such. next step / copy, not as a form already published in production.
Dual CTA
Primary — 30 minutes. If the issue is which band to compare, whether a flow fits, or if SaaS is better: book a call.
Secondary — price fixed in writing. Once you can write enter/not on a page, the next step is request a fixed price in writing (48 h). That form flow is in draft (PR93): use the site call or contact as a bridge until the form is in production; we are not claiming that the form is live today.
